Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments through video consultations to understand patients’ needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to coordinate holistic care for patients.

• Utilize electronic medical records systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse set of clients who may struggle with various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a currently valid license to practice in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential.

• At least two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling services to individuals facing emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
