Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to engage with clients through our telehealth platform while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home setting. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all pertinent regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, for integrated patient care.

• Participate in case review meetings and peer consultations to continually enhance care quality and therapeutic techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment plans, and available resources in the community to promote informed decision-making.

• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in mental health to ensure the highest standards of practice.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Many clients have experienced trauma or struggle with anxiety, depression, and other psychological conditions. By understanding and addressing these specific needs, you will play a critical role in elevating their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active license to practice as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques, demonstrating the ability to customize therapeutic interventions for diverse client needs.
