Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions, providing participants with coping skills and techniques to navigate mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals within an interdisciplinary team to ensure streamlined and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and guiding patients to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
