Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of patients, ensuring proficiency in all aspects of treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, and conduct assessments to track their progress.

• Maintain an active caseload of patients, addressing a broad range of psychological needs through evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to collaboratively assess patients and family needs, developing and executing effective treatment plans.

• Manage crisis situations responsibly by applying therapeutic interventions and demonstrating solid decision-making skills.
\n
• Provide comprehensive personal counseling services, including individual, conjoint, or family therapy, and facilitate referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.
\n
• Assess the needs of patients and healthcare providers to create actionable plans for psychological services within the primary care unit.
\n
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed, continuously documenting mental health evaluations within our care structure.

• Create thorough treatment outlines, progress summaries, and necessary revisions while offering educational and supportive programs to patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele spanning various demographics and psychological challenges. Your responsibilities will include working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. By employing a trauma-informed lens, you will create safe spaces for clients to express their needs and concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or PhD in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
\n
• Must possess current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating an ability to provide effective mental health services. Experience working remotely or with diverse, underserved populations will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Summit Oaks Care Clinic, we offer competitive compensation, ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, based on your experience and credentials. In addition, our benefits package includes:
