Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on addressing both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaboration with other treatment team members is essential to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, promoting integrated therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, mental health, and the recovery process to foster supportive environments at home.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, often accompanied by mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
