Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized, client-centered therapy to individuals and families, adapting approaches based on each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your ability to connect empathetically and effectively with individuals and families will be essential, as you guide them through their therapeutic journey and help them develop coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted independent licensure in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating the capacity to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds.
