Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of three years' experience in an outpatient mental health setting with a proven record of success.

• Proficiency in technology, including word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical record management.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and remain highly organized while providing quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and strategies for remote patient engagement, as well as familiarity with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, are advantageous. Additional certifications or specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or substance misuse treatment may enhance your contributions to our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
