Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, providing individual support tailored to each client’s unique treatment plan.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care and the appropriate implementation of therapeutic interventions.

• Record and document patient information meticulously to track progress against treatment goals, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide education and orientation to patients and their families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and resources available.

• Assist clients with personal needs as necessary, while maintaining a supportive and professional environment during all interactions.

• Advocate for additional support services when appropriate to enhance the patient’s recovery process and access to necessary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on serving individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patient population includes adults from diverse backgrounds, varying in age and socioeconomic status. The therapist’s ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives will be critical in fostering trusting relationships and ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) issued by the state board; please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted for this role.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in mental health or clinical settings. This experience should include understanding therapeutic techniques and the ability to implement treatment plans effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature, which will allow you to connect with clients and provide effective support.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health record systems for documenting and tracking patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
