Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients to understand their mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to provide effective individual, family, and group counseling.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring holistic support for clients.

• Stay updated on best practices and current trends in mental health therapy, incorporating new methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients will be essential in delivering impactful therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on individual therapy, group therapy, and addressing substance abuse issues is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Joining our team comes with a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000.
