Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments remotely to establish patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective treatment customized to each patient.

• Facilitate telehealth psychoeducational and support group sessions that aim to educate participants on mental health issues and promote interpersonal connections.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and adeptly manage emergencies through our telehealth systems, ensuring patient safety and support.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and resources available within the community.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethics standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance team synergy and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, enhancing your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and fashioning actionable treatment plans.
