• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on client engagement and transformation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with have been rigorously screened to ensure they are stable adults with low acuity levels. This means that you will primarily be helping individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health but do not currently require intensive therapy for severe mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a valid, state-issued license to practice independently without supervision as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Less than full licensure and any disciplinary actions are not acceptable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 9,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your working hours and the caseload you manage. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit for timely payment, and a healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
