Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. As a member of our compassionate team, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure that our patients receive holistic treatment tailored to their unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and collaborate on developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using various modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and aid understanding of mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during emotional emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in peer consultations, case reviews, and continuous professional development to stay ahead of advancements in mental health treatment.

• Educate patients on their conditions, therapeutic options available, and community resources that can assist them in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients within the community, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on creating individualized treatment plans that address specific needs while fostering resilience, coping strategies, and personal growth in our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in conducting assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy to varied populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.

• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
