As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work from home, providing therapy sessions via a user-friendly virtual platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened clients with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Document client progress meticulously, utilizing our telehealth system to track therapeutic interventions and outcomes.

• Collaborate with our support team to manage scheduling, billing, and other logistical aspects effectively.

• Maintain an average of 25-30 client sessions per week, adjusting your therapeutic approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults seeking therapy for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. By working with pre-screened clients, you will help facilitate their healing journeys in a supportive and confidential environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and valid licensure in Tennessee as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an ability to engage effectively with clients.
