As a remote mental health counselor, you will utilize our Simple Practice platform to conduct assessments and therapy sessions via secure video conferencing and messaging. You will connect with clients across Nashville, Tennessee, and beyond, expanding access to mental health services while eliminating overhead costs typically associated with private practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs of clients.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s mental health goals.

• Providing therapeutic interventions through virtual appointments, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Continuously evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment techniques as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Documenting all sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be delivering services primarily to adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
