Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments with new clients to identify their needs, mental health issues, and treatment objectives, establishing a collaborative therapeutic alliance.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities that align with empirical research and client goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, as well as close and transfer summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

• Offer mental health consultation and education to colleagues in the Behavioral Health Department, fostering knowledge exchange and improving client care outcomes.

• Engage in regular case reviews with supervision while adhering to LMFT/LCSW/LPC guidance and best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with diverse populations in need of mental health support, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You’ll be responsible for providing culturally competent care to enhance emotional well-being and support resilience in clients while considering their unique life circumstances and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a strong theoretical foundation in mental health principles.

• Current certifications as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with up-to-date supervision requirements.

• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in mental health counseling or crisis management services.

• Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral health theories, treatment methodologies, and trends in mental health, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Proficient in interview techniques that foster trust and open communication, applying them effectively in a virtual setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
