Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth therapy sessions with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to facilitate healing and growth, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices.

• Document all client interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner, upholding the highest ethical standards in client confidentiality.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers when necessary to ensure comprehensive care and address co-occurring conditions.

• Maintain a consistent schedule and adhere to professional commitments, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from adolescents dealing with anxiety and depression, to adults coping with life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues. By focusing on a holistic approach, our counselors are equipped to address a variety of mental health disorders while fostering resilience and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or an equivalent credential) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a therapy setting, demonstrating capability in managing mental health issues.

• Experience with telehealth service delivery is preferred but not required.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check to ensure the safety and trust of our clients.
