Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Rockbridge, you will:

• Manage an appropriate caseload of youth clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, assessing progress and discussing forthcoming appointments, transitions, and discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document therapeutic interventions and maintain up-to-date progress notes and clinical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions, utilizing feedback to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

• Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Embrace continual learning and foster professional development through participation in workshops, conferences, and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with youth and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use concerns. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to empower clients and help them navigate their personal journeys toward improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
