Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring a personalized therapeutic approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing upon a rich toolbox of methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
