Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and constructive group therapy sessions where clients can share their experiences, foster peer support, and develop coping strategies together.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to the particular needs of each client, assisting them in exploring their thoughts and behaviors and developing actionable plans for recovery.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized, goal-oriented treatment strategies, continuously assessing their progress and adapting plans as necessary.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client improvement and outcomes, facilitating feedback to best support their recovery journey.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care, engaging in regular communication to discuss complex cases and coordinate treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will predominantly include young adults facing mental health and mood disorders. You will provide compassionate support to help them navigate their challenges, foster resilience, and empower them towards recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active LPC licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, preferably in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Proficient clinical skills, particularly in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
