Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized counseling strategies that meet the specific needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring treatments are adapted to suit varied backgrounds and issues.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring your methods to best fit each client’s circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate client care and leverage diverse expertise for optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements while utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
