Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations that focus on both diagnostic and functional assessments, leading to tailored therapy objectives.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions in treatment charts, complying with all Agency and Federally Qualified Health Center guidelines.

• Engage with external treatment providers as necessary to coordinate effective care, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling is mandatory.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
