Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the diverse concerns of our clients.

• Develop and implement individualized counseling strategies for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adjusting techniques as needed based on client responses and progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists to integrate holistic care approaches for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to organize client information efficiently.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in psychiatric care by participating in training sessions, professional development workshops, and continued education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse and varied clientele, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
