Our salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment\n

As a remote outpatient counselor, you will have the flexibility to design your work schedule within our operational hours of 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and identify tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and promoting resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote overall healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional stability.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and healthy coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n
