Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and formulate therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including social workers, case managers, and psychiatrists—to ensure comprehensive, all-encompassing care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Midwest Community Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, alongside enticing performance-based bonuses. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to support your transition into the role.
