This role primarily operates in a remote setting, facilitating the therapeutic process through technological means while also offering the option of in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Hanover Park, Illinois. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to engage clients effectively.

• Deliver group therapy sessions, and work collaboratively with families and couples to foster healthy communication and conflict resolution strategies.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and regular training, staying informed on the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may be navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• You must hold an active and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois.

• At least two years of clinical experience in counseling settings is required, demonstrating a successful track record of client engagement and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to help new hires integrate smoothly into our team.
