Key Responsibilities\n

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients to establish a trustworthy environment conducive to healing.

• Maintain a caseload through regular one-on-one sessions, reviewing clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment strategies based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s psychiatric history and present concerns.
\n
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records for each client in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

• Attend individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and integrate feedback into practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on youth clients, including children and adolescents struggling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and behavioral difficulties. You will play a pivotal role in providing support and guidance to help these young individuals navigate their emotional landscapes and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Proficiency with computer systems and basic keyboarding skills for documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or clients with substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment and diagnosis, as well as experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
