Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships built on trust and ethical practice.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
