Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual therapy sessions for clients, as well as group sessions for families and couples.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance skills and knowledge in contemporary mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily involve working with individuals and families who have traditionally had limited access to mental health services. Your work will focus on addressing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. Through compassionate understanding and professional guidance, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find hope and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
