Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans for clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for groups, families, and couples, focusing on effective communication, conflict resolution, and supportive practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, serving as an advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
