As a remote LCPC with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be part of an outpatient counseling center that functions on an appointment basis. Although primarily remote, there will be opportunities for face-to-face meetings at our office in Algonquin, Illinois, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and larger groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring flexibility in approach and techniques for effective client engagement.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to offer holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various issues, including but not limited to, trauma, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
