Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that utilize strengths-based strategies.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused techniques, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, enabling a seamless experience for both staff and clients.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team collaboration with psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators, fostering integrated care solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCPC license in Nevada, or eligibility to obtain such licensure within 90 days of hire.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in an outpatient or clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
