Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a case load of clients by establishing and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and collaboratively plan for treatment or discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client.

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to gather necessary patient information and establish initial treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s needs.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and incorporation of feedback into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and client management.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing initial and ongoing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing you to be paid ahead of collections without waiting for reimbursements.
