Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring personalized treatment plans.

• Provide detailed scheduling for client appointments and follow-ups, including home visits when necessary to ensure continuity of care.

• Regularly participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss patient progress, potential challenges, and collaborative strategies.

• Document monthly and quarterly notes to maintain comprehensive records that detail each client’s journey and treatment response.

• Actively engage in professional development by organizing training sessions for team members, enhancing the overall competency in implementing treatment plans.

• Serve as a liaison within the broader mental health community, enhancing partnerships and fostering collaborations that support client development goals and community wellness.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families facing multiple challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must hold an active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada.

• At least 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
