Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that integrates various perspectives and specialties.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security in client documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Nevada.
