Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients through comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and collaborate on treatment plans, sharing insights and therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest practices and research in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to engage with a variety of client needs.
