Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions that resonate with a diverse client population.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as an LCPC, your ability to understand and adapt to these different perspectives will be critical in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Little Fuse Mental and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive:
