Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic modalities to individuals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for diverse client groups, including family units and couples, addressing topics such as relationship dynamics and mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clients’ confidentiality and trust.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of health care professionals to enhance client care, sharing insights and findings to optimize therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and participation in mental health research initiatives to stay abreast of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in counseling, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
