Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting detailed assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Providing individual, group, couple, and family counseling sessions, focusing on specific mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards as per healthcare regulations.

• Participating actively in continuing education opportunities, workshops, and training to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
