Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, developing comprehensive treatment plans that address specific client needs.

• Perform initial assessments and triage care based on urgency and patient needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

• Regularly engage in documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss assessments, treatment modalities, and patient progress with the multidisciplinary team.

• Utilize your clinical knowledge to provide competent care that meets the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of all patients.

• Manage and coordinate care for assigned patients by consulting with community professionals and accessing relevant programs, facilitating a holistic approach to treatment.

• Uphold ethical standards in clinical documentation, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

• Specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating various evidence-based treatment modalities to support patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include a wide spectrum of individuals facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. You will work with diverse groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maryland, holding credentials such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
