Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify clients' unique experiences and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches to align with each patient’s cultural background and individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' mental health while promoting coping strategies and resilience.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Deliver educational resources to clients and families regarding mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case discussions, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance care quality and staff collaboration.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices within the mental health field to continually improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in delivering therapy within a multicultural context is preferred.
