Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach as necessary to create a safe and healing environment.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure coordinated and effective client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at EcoHealth, you will work primarily with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. Many clients may have limited access to traditional therapeutic services, making your role crucial in providing them with the support they need to navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
