Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to address mental health challenges and promote personal growth.

• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences to foster greater self-awareness and relational insights.

• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and articulate their mental health goals and aspirations.

• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches consistent with your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will consist of stable adults with low acuity needs. All clients are screened prior to scheduling to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling. We prioritize matching counselors with clients who align with their specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the likelihood of effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure from the state board of Nevada to practice independently as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficient computer and technical skills to navigate our online platform effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing telehealth counseling and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of assisting clients through various mental health issues and a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
