Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including the administration of psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand client needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges and align with their personal goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to support clients in individual, couples, family, or group therapy settings.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the continuity of care for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to comply with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with skills and knowledge to better manage mental health conditions and enhance self-efficacy.

• Partner with a cohesive team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide integrated and patient-centered services.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and education.
