Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct patient assessments by performing initial psychosocial evaluations for individuals, adolescents, and families, to identify their mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress and care plans through documentation and virtual meetings.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation within specified departmental standards to maintain clear communication regarding patient care and treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
