Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are primarily stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health issues. Each client is matched with a counselor based on specialty and demographic preferences, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license permitting independent practice. This includes licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions should be present.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and approachable demeanor during client interactions.

• Strong proficiency in computer literacy, with the capability to conduct sessions using video conferencing tools and other digital platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, applicants with at least two years of experience working in mental health counseling, particularly with similar populations, will be given priority. Candidates should demonstrate reliability and a proactive approach to client care.

Inner Harmony Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, which is commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to new hires, along with:
