Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to clearly identify the mental health needs and objectives of clients.

• Offer one-on-one individual therapy sessions to adults, implementing techniques that foster personal growth and resilience.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate care and support to manage acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
