Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of the Blooming Minds team, you will work closely with a diverse clientele presenting a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. By providing empathetic and evidence-based care, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license in Washington State as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
