Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all applicants meeting the required qualifications, candidates with experience working in outpatient settings, familiarity with telehealth practices, and specialized training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Blooming Minds offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience. In addition, our compensation package includes:
