We operate Monday through Saturday, allowing you the autonomy to create and organize your schedule within that framework. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, tailoring a strategic approach for each client.
\n
• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care and support, including participation in patient rounds where interdisciplinary care plans are discussed.

• Demonstrate expertise in providing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address clients’ diverse mental health concerns.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and case management activities, adhering to departmental ethics and timelines.

• Facilitate referrals and collaborate with community resources, ensuring that clients have access to comprehensive support services.

• Actively participate in ongoing staff training and case consultations, enriching your clinical skills and enhancing patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population, ranging from children to adults facing various mental health challenges. The patients served by Beautiful Minds Counseling Center may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By providing tailored evidence-based interventions, you will help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated clinical experience with a minimum of two years in a similar setting, providing therapy in an outpatient environment.

• Previous involvement in community-based mental health services or outpatient clinic settings.

• Experience with evidence-based practices, such as CBT and other therapy modalities.

• Familiarity with documentation and billing procedures in a practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
