While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, there may be opportunities for occasional in-office meetings at our outpatient facility in Spokane.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions to clients looking to reduce stress and improve their overall wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific mental health challenges, stressors, and treatment goals, customizing mindfulness practices to suit individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and skills for building resilience.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, addressing unique mental health concerns to support clients' continuous growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure an integrative and cohesive treatment plan for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation on client progress, therapeutic interventions, and specialized treatment plans.

• Commit to personal mindfulness practice and continuous professional education to deepen your expertise in mindfulness applications in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be working with a diverse population comprising individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our focus on mindfulness-based techniques aims to help clients cultivate awareness, reduce anxiety levels, and promote emotional regulation, enabling them to navigate their daily lives more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.

• A proven ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
